Away from my desk
Quick post - I am in a day-long meeting. Something is wrong with my right lower back. Don't know if it is arthritis or muscle. I'll ride it out for a few days and then if it isn't better, I'll see a doctor. I can't take ibuprophen because I'm also (sorry tmi) menstruating. Yes, hot flashes and cramps at the same time. Ugh.
Had a quiet night last night. Spouse made one of the dream dinners for supper so it was nice not to cook.
And for now, that's what I got.
