Ignore the calendar
It feels like it is officially summer today - the air is starting to get humid, spouse and I both kicked off the quilt sometime during the night, and the ice cream truck started its official seasonal rounds this weekend.
I got to talk to Andy last night. He volunteered a little information - that his girlfriend felt she wasn't ready for a relationship yet, and based on things he has said she had talked about, that might be it.
He said he felt sad, but I have to say, he isn't mopey and it certainly hasn't affected his appetite. He had leftover pizza for dinner; spouse had some of the leftover jambalaya and I had a popsicle.
Spoke with my SIL yesterday for a while. My brother had the first of his two scans yesterday, the other is this afternoon with results next week. But they did get some other tests and appointments scheduled and that's good. They meet with the thyroid specialist next month.
And for now, that's all I've got.
