I did not get the job
My lot in life is that I am the perpetual "runner-up." Called this morning to see if there was any progress with the job at The Business University, and actually got the person I needed to speak with who told me that they had made an offer to someone else. "You were our next choice. Your skills are excellent, blah, blah, blah..." Back to square one, but not before a bit of a pity party.
